  E7’s February/March Side-Story, A Game of Princes So, we’re a few days away from the final part of the Vivian side-story, Game of Thr… er, I mean, Game of Princes. This has been a really good story, which kind of sets up a pattern for SG at this point; expect that the story they release in February each year to be the best one they’ll release all year. Last year’s Valentine's Day side story, despite some people complaining early on due to the mechanics of it, was a very popular one, probably the most popular all year. The Valentine’s Day story the year before that was also very well liked, again probably the favorite of the year. In any case, this story is unique in that it has a very deliberate mystery element to it. I’ve got stuff to say on the way the main story is going too, but I’ll save that for another time. There's not a TON of factual info here, just a question (and hopefully some decent discussion) related to the E7 story of the world some of the moonlight heroes come from. Potential spoilers if you haven't completed Ep 3.

 So the big Rise update has been out for a couple days now, and you can mostly disregard my last blog post. They really did simplify things to the T.

In November of 2019 I made a post about the basics of gold farming in Epic 7. Here's an update in anticipation of some major changes coming next week.

I only just realized this never made it up, which is really bad of me. Nevertheless, behold the angelic face of ruin. The amalgamation of gentle death and volatile passions finds release onto the battered world.

Goddess Sister There are few things I enjoy as much as crafting stories. Even if they’re utterly ridiculous, it is tremendous fun to take an idea and just let it travel where it may. That was what I did with the theory I came up with several weeks ago for Luna’s mother, Francesca. I’m basically doing that again here, this time with Angelica.

I want to do a series of posts with some tips about things that newer players, or even some veterans, might not know or realize, that may make their E7 experience a little easier. First up is gold farming.

First with the release of Fallen Cecilia, and then with the story we received in the epilogue of the Halloween 2019 event, I think I have an idea of what the developers and writers plan to do with the story of Luna and Cecilia. It’s a bit complex, and there may be spoilers ahead if you haven’t done the Halloween event. Mind you, this is only my own theory, so take it as that. There is no clear evidence to say that I’ve got this right. Background on the Players Involved Here If you read the little bit of story that Dominiel has on Stove about Fallen Cecilia, we are told that in ML Ceci’s world there was a human mage named Luna. Luna was responsible for a grave betrayal that led to the death of a number of Ceci’s comrades, and thus Fallen Ceci has gone on a quest to get her revenge against that mage. Whoever this mage was, they were powerful enough to be able to kill dragons, so they aren’t exactly anyone to mess with. Now, in the Wintenburg we know of thus far, the non-ML Ceci...

Another topic that crept up and has had wavering attention in the E7 Global community since its “suggested” appearance has been Vagabond Ras. This is the version of Ras we see in the Unrecorded History portion of the game, the post-Ritania story of Ras’s travels back through Reingar, Ezera, Solayuu and the rest of the first 10 locales we visit, during his quest to rid Mercedes of the Archdemon’s taint. At this time there were many fans who thought this was a sign of an upcoming specialty change. Well, as of this writing, that never happened. And it likely won’t.

I’m not sure there are any fans of E7 that wouldn’t love to see Archdemon Mercedes appear as a playable character, and a good number of folks are convinced that Smilegate and Co. have already laid the ground work for that; they’re just biding their time until they reach the point of adding her.
