That would be an interesting little debate - what is the single greatest Gundam of all time. However, the poll I'm referencing here  is specifically about what the best Gundam anime  of all time. I'll tell you why almost no one will agree with this ranking.

I'm introducing a bit of a new segment for this blog. It's called Old School Review. In each one I will do a review of an anime from a year or more ago that I've recently finished watching. This time it's the anime classic Trigun .

I had planned on changing up the way I was doing the reviews a bit to help make it a little easeir to take them in, in terms of  searching out the review you actually have an interest in. But after a number of delays and the fact we're getting so far into Spring now, let's just stick to basics, shall we?

Most anime don't start as anime. Most anime start as manga, or games, or novels. Should that balance be changed around? Or is it what it is?

All good things must come to an end. This is it, the final word on the 2013 Fall anime season.

So, here we go with the exciting part two of four of the 2013 Fall Anime season review.

Well folks, it’s time again for a wrap-up. I’ll be going through my impression of every anime I watched this past fall season, what I liked, what I didn’t like, and naming my winner and loser.

My feelings towards Evangelion are conflicted. If you know anything about anime, then chances are you know most of the story of Neon Genesis Evangelion, whether you’ve seen an episode or not. That is both a good and bad thing.

It’s probably some sort of bad omen to have to start the week off with a correction. Nevertheless, when one makes a mistake they must correct it.

Back again, and today is the final installment of the reviews of the summer 2013 anime season. I’ve saved some of the bigger heavyweights going into the season for last. So, let’s just jump right into it.

Time for round two of my Summer 2013 Anime Season Wrap-Up. As a reminder, there’s one more session tomorrow before I do up a preview for the Fall season. So, let’s get to it.

Alright, here we are again. At this point I think there are only about two or three anime that haven’t ended for the season (at least one that has ended and I will review but whose final episode I haven’t had the chance to watch yet). That means it’s time for me to do a wrap up on this 2013 summer anime season in preface to a preview of the fall 2013 anime season already upon us.

I saw an article on Crunchyroll on Sunday. It talks about the fact that in judging the quality of anime and the anime industry, that a lot of people lack perspective and as a result there is the widespread derision of the industry as being on the decline in terms of quality.

It's still early in the summer anime season. However, it is time enough that some shows receive a higher priority than others. Good, bad, time... these are the shows that I've given up following this season for now.

The spring 2013 anime season is either done or wrapping up now. Last Friday I let you know what I thought were the hits and misses of the last season. Now, I am looking forward to the summer season. So the first thing I will note is that there are three anime from last season that are continuing. Those are Attack on Titan, Majestic Prince, and Scientific Railgun. My choice for best of the season, Valvrave, will be returning with a second season in October, so I will try to be patient and wait for that.
