The First Sun Saga, particularly at its outset, has a lot of stuff going on. Some of it is definitely more meta fan-fiction based than others. But at the heart, it's all about my original goal - merging the worlds of various interesting anime/manga/games I've experienced.

Villains and heroes are easy to write. One of the first things you realize with any story is that heroes and villains are easy to write. You start by choosing the perspective of the story. That perspective becomes that of the hero almost by default. Whomever that side is fighting, whoever gets in their way, is the villain.

I want to take a little time to expound on my personal experiences as an amateur writer. Specifically this post will be covering the birth of one of my characters, Drusilla Arenzai. I’ll be posting a scan of a drawing of her as well as what passes for an original picture I have of her…

While getting set for my next release, I've found myself contemplating a thought I've had before. It's a common question - how long should an anime be? In general the question can be applied as easily to any story, but I tend to think about it most as  related to anime purely because of my regular exposure to anime. The fact is, knowing when to stop is as important as knowing how to begin.

Alright, so I've been teasing details about my story for a few weeks now. To be honest my original plans have fallen through a little, but I have a temporary solution that I will be implementing this week (by Wednesday I think). In the meantime, I will tease a little more with some details.
