Stars and Shadows
The day is getting ever closer. It looks like Friday is the long-awaited, often promised, day on which bookoftheshadows.com will go live. I'm cleaning up a few more things and filling out a little more content before I take it live.
Along with the launch of the website, or rather on the launched website, will be the anime season reviews. From now on I hope that I can share all the reviews through the website. You'll be able to select the season and then select the anime whose review you're interested in. This makes a lot more sense and is a lot more sensible than reading through my lengthy posts over the course of a week.
On Friday I will also publish several chapters of work. In May I had the intention of releasing a new chapter every month, but with the website and other stuff going on I didn't get the chance to. For the occasion of the website's debut, I will release at least two to make up for the past couple months, plus a third as icing on the cake. Specifically at least one will be the introductory chapter for Book III of First Moon Saga. I'm debating if the second will be either a second chapter from Book III or a chapter to continue Cromwell. The last will be a special treat in honor of Tanabata, that being the first chapter from the First Star Saga. I'll spend most of my time in tomorrow's post explaining what First Star is all about and who some of the characters are.
Finally, I will have an art project to share, though it's not of the scale I originally had planned. This one will be to commemorate the relaunch of the Sailor Moon franchise by way of the new Crystal anime. It is Sailor Moon related, but I do confess it has little to actually do with Crystal at this point in time. I'm pretty much just using Crystal as an excuse.
At any rate, that's what you can look forward to in the next couple days. Until then... later days.
