The Book of the Shadows

Okay, so the story behind this project is a little complex.

 I was asked to create a specific piece by someone on DeviantArt a couple weeks ago. Here lies the result;

Fighting evil by moonlight and winning love by daylight, could this be the next collab in E7? 

It seems like ages ago that I originally started this project. I wasn’t even sure I’d have a project for Halloween this year, but here it is. After releasing my most popular piece several Halloweens ago, I’ve finally brought it back in full color. It’s like the 1950s all over again.

It's October 30, one day before Halloween. Here we have the first of two project to mark Halloween of 2019, the last Halloween of the decade. 

The contours of her character have always been very clear to me. Nehellenia would be close to Serenity, as close as Chibi-Usa and Hotaru in the Sailor Moon series.

It's been a while since I've posted on this blog. This one will be much like the good old days; some info about a new art piece I've completed.

When I originally created the Draco Forma image of Anzushiro, I was immediately both captivated by and unsatisfied with the final product.

Without further ado... the presentation of Euphemia Alter. 

Of all the ladies of the Book of the Shadows series I’ve drawn, I wager this girl has the biggest set of the lot.

MAN ALIVE it’s been a taxing year! I had so many plans for stuff I wanted to get done, and hardly any of them happened. But I will get one more project out before all is said and done. You’re going to have to wait just a little bit longer before you get to see it though.

Hey everyone, it's been a while!

Summer is almost over, and winter is coming!

There is obviously a character with whom one of the heroines of Code Geass matches among Sunrise’s other giant robot franchise, Gundam. One of them is a princess, the other is treated as one. Both have tremendous lengths of bubblegum locks. Of course, as you can guess from the title, I’m talking about Euphemia and Lacus.

There was a question, and so I gave an answer.

The new anime season kicks off in earnest this weekend after the holidays. One series in particular I am looking at is called, Interviews with Monster Girls . The spiritual successor to Daily Life with Monster Girls , this series involves a biology teacher who ends up with three of the titular monster girls in his class. It promises to be as much of a habitual line-stepper romantic comedy as Daily Life was. It should be fun to see what this newest iteration of the renewed monster-girl trope brings.

I hope everyone is ready for a fun Halloween weekend. It's a little odd whenever holidays like this fall on a Monday, but maybe this piece will get you into the mood a little early.
